The new Propulse ear irrigator has been designed with both the patient and the clinician in mind. It features a modern, ergonomic design with an all-new handle design which makes it easier than ever to remove the QrX tips.

Tried & tested Propulse features such as easy hands-free operation via the footswitch are maintained. The new design also offers great reliability and lower maintenance than the old model. The unique QrX tip locking mechanism provides an easy fit on to the quick release handle whilst securing the tip throughout the irrigation procedure.
